Use correctly :

A pressure sensor process shall consider the following:


1, to prevent the corrosive medium in contact with the transmitter or overheating;


2, to prevent the waste deposited in the conduit;


3, when the measurement of liquid pressure, the pressure taps should be opened in the process side of the line, to avoid precipitation slag accumulation;


4, when measuring the gas pressure, the pressure taps should be opened at the top of the flow line, and the transmitter should be installed in the upper part of the flow line, so that the accumulation of liquid flow easily injected the pipeline;


5, connecting pipe should be installed in a small local temperature fluctuations;


6, measuring high temperature steam or other media, must be connected to add a buffer tube (coil) condenser, etc., should not make the transmitter operating temperature limits are exceeded;


7, when the winter frost occurs, the transmitter is installed in the outdoor freezing measures must be taken to avoid the liquid inside the mouth due to the impulse ice volume expansion, leading to the sensor is damaged;


8, when the measurement of liquid pressure, the installation location of the transmitter to avoid the impact of the liquid (water hammer phenomenon), in order to avoid overvoltage damage sensor;


9, when wiring the cable through the waterproof connector (accessory) or about sex by tightening the seal nut to prevent rainwater leakage through the cable into the transmitter within the housing.
